RoVE stands for Recognition of Vocational Experience and our mission statement is “Recognising talent, accrediting skills and unleashing potential”. We feel that learning is not just about doing a course or attending a classroom based training and then sitting an exam at the end of your studies. It is also recognising that learning mainly comes from real life experiences in the workplace. We believe that the experience and skills individuals’ already posses should be recognised. By giving people credit for their experience and knowledge, we create clear pathways to achieve qualifications through work based learning.
