I must complain about the food served up to the residents in this home. I understand may residents and friends and relatives have complained to the staff, the manager and the supposed chef abot the standard of the food. Everyone is of the opinion that he has a contract with a supplier of sausages as every other meal is sausaged based, he has no idea what a healthy balanced meal is, . He must never read the official dietary needs of various residents as he just turns out meals that are no good to their individual diets. I have on occasions been at the home on a Friday when fish has been served and have been very shocked at the size of the portions, this so called chef is slicing a fillet of fish into three peices and smothering them in batter to make then look like a decent size fish, when in fact the fish inside the batter is no bigger than a fish finger. Why doesn't he serve fish fingers, and the likes of chicken goujons, chicken kievs, hot pot, old fashioned meals and old fashioned puddings
