Terrible attitude toward customers

I had a negative experience with EZL recently and recommend that other shoppers not order through them. I found their website confusing - I expected to receive a mattress protector with pillow protectors included, as that is what the website indicated to me, but I only received a mattress protector. When I called up to explain my confusion, EZL explained their awkward website, but they were not understanding. They even complained of working in retail, adding, “the customers grind you down.” With this kind of poor customer service, you are better off giving your business to a more helpful service like Homescapes, available through Amazon. It is bad enough to have a dust mite allergy, feel sick, and need to spend money on special products without being treated like an annoyance by a company you are trying to order from!
